Times indicated are the starting time and meeting days of class lectures. Lab and discussion classes should use the starting time and days of the lecture to determine the exam time. Courses meeting at non-standard times should examine within the same exam period in which standard courses start; for example, a course starting at 9:30 Monday would examine within the 9:00 Monday exam slot. If there are doubts, please contact the Registrar's office for clarification.
Exams will take place in the regularly assigned classroom unless you are notified otherwise by the professor.
Students who have three final exams in one day at the same time may arrange an alternate time for the middle exam but only by pre-arrangement with the Registrar made no later than March 28. Students with two final exams at the same time should move the course which comes earlier on the schedule, only by pre-arrangement with the Registrar made no later than March 28.
Changes in the schedule can only be made with permission of the Academic Standards Committee or the Registrar. If you need to request a change of time due to some circumstance beyond your control, you must petition the Academic Standards Committee by March 28 for an alternate time. Petitions are available at the office of the Registrar, Kathryn 309, and also online (PDF).
Petitions are not approved to accommodate travel arrangements. Please do not make reservations for airline, train, or bus tickets or plan to ride home with friends before your last scheduled final.
