Volleyball team celebrates season with award banquet
Players honored for 2012 season achievements.
The MacMurray College volleyball team awarded six players for their achievements during the 2012 season:
- Kelsey Pembrook of Greenfield, IL was named Best Hustle. The sophomore is majoring in special education.
- Coach’s Choice went to senior psychology student Brooke Clemmons of Fisher, IL.
- Senior Taylor Soat of Galena, IL, was named Best Co-MVP Offense. She is majoring in deaf and hard of hearing education.
- Alexa Boyer, a freshman nursing major from Fairfield, IL, was named Best Co-MVP Offense.
- Freshman Alycia Ferrari of Dwight, IL, was named Most Improved Player.
- Junior social work student Sammy Jo Petefish, of Ashland, IL, was named MVP for MacMurray’s volleyball team.
