Volleyball team celebrates season with award banquet

Players honored for 2012 season achievements.

The MacMurray College volleyball team awarded six players for their achievements during the 2012 season:

Kelsey Pembrook of Greenfield, IL was named Best Hustle. The sophomore is majoring in special education.
Coach’s Choice went to senior psychology student Brooke Clemmons of Fisher, IL.
Senior Taylor Soat of Galena, IL, was named Best Co-MVP Offense. She is majoring in deaf and hard of hearing education.
Alexa Boyer, a freshman nursing major from Fairfield, IL, was named Best Co-MVP Offense.
Freshman Alycia Ferrari of Dwight, IL, was named Most Improved Player.
Junior social work student Sammy Jo Petefish, of Ashland, IL, was named MVP for MacMurray’s volleyball team.
