“I am extremely excited and thankful for the opportunity to lead the Highlander Women’s Volleyball team and extend my gratitude to Athletic Director Dane Pavlovich for this coaching opportunity. My goal is to ultimately bring success and passion to the women’s volleyball program at MacMurray. We will strive to do this with our hard work, determination and character, both on and off the court,” said Doerfler. “It is my desire to eventually place the Highlander volleyball team among the top competitors in the SLIAC conference.”
