Seven students awarded with academic honors

Alpha Lambda Delta recognizes freshman achievement.

Seven MacMurray freshmen were inducted last week into Alpha Lambda Delta, a national honor society. They were:

Brittany Eddy, of Jacksonville, IL, is majoring in nursing.
Alicia Golbricht, of Carlinville, IL, is majoring in nursing.
Jamie Junge, of Eureka, MO, is majoring in deaf and hard of hearing education.
LeeAnn Loyd, of Rushville, IL, is majoring in nursing.
Gabriela Molina, of Beardstown, IL, is a psychology major.
Anastasia Morwell, of Quincy, IL, is majoring in deaf and hard of hearing education.
Kimberly Yeley, of Ashland, IL, is majoring in nursing.

To be inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta national honors society, students must have at least a 3.5 grade point averague during their freshman year of college.
