MacMurray to host Career Expo

Event is free and open to public.

MacMurray College will host a career expo on Thursday, April, 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The expo is free and open to the public. It will be held on the MacMurray College campus in the Wall Gymnasium in the 400 block of Hardin Avenue in Jacksonville.

Over 90 local and national employers are registered. In recent years several hundred job seekers have attended the expo. Attendees should bring resumes and come prepared to interview for jobs.

The exposition is sponsored by MacMurray College, Illinois College, The Job Center, DHS – Division of Rehabilitation Services, Lincoln Land Community College, West Central Mass Transit District, Jacksonville Area Chamber of Commerce, Jacksonville Regional Economic Development Corporation, the Jacksonville Journal-Courier and WLDS/ WEIA.
