MacMurray College places in national rankings

MacMurray College was ranked 52 of 200 colleges in the 2011 edition of U.S. News Best Colleges in Regional Colleges (Midwest) by U.S. News & World Report. The Regional Colleges rankings are of four-year institutions of higher education that focus on undergraduate study.

MacMurray also ranked 53 out of 309 colleges in Washington Monthly's 2010 baccalaureate college rankings. Schools are ranked on contribution to public good in three areas: social mobility (recruiting and graduating low-income students), research (producing cutting-edge scholarship and Ph.Ds), and service (encouraging students to give something back to their country).
