In the past year, Koffel has had her work accepted by juried shows in Indianapolis and Chicago as well as having a one-woman show at the Walnut Gallery in Gadsden, Ala. While keeping up an energetic schedule of creating and showing her artwork, Koffel continues to provide exceptional teaching to MacMurray students. As recognition of her contributions to the College, Koffel was awarded tenure and promoted to associate professor effective the beginning of the 2010-11 school year.
