The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletics Conference named MacMurray senior forward Amy Radford of Pana, IL, the Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 4-10, 2013.
Radford averaged a double-double in two SLIAC games played last week, with 12.0 points and 16.0 rebounds per game.
She scored 12 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and dished out three assists in a 51-50 win over Spalding University on the road. Radford finished 4-of-7 (.571) from the field, including 1-of-2 (.500) from three-point range and 3-of-4 (.750) from the charity stripe.
She added 12 points and 17 rebounds in a 66-39 victory against Principia College, shooting 5-of-10 (.500) from the field and went a perfect 2-of-2 from the free throw line, while also recording three assists, three steals and one block.
Radford, a criminal justice major at MacMurray, is a 2009 Pana High School graduate and the daughter of Randy and Vivi Radford of Pana.
