Four Highlanders score double-digits in road win

MacMurray College men’s basketball defeated Westminster University 75-57, taking a 41-25 lead into the locker room at the half.  The Highlanders had a field goal percentage of 54 percent on the night.  They also went 12-13 from the free throw line. 

Senior Brady Slagle went 7-8 en route to a game high 18 points.  Also chipping in were: Junior Spencer Pratt, 13; Sophomore Kollin Keltner, 11; and Senior Cole Busch chipped in 10 to round out the leading scorers for the Highlanders.

Leading the Blue Jays was Joe James with 17 points, and Brandon Moore with 16. 

The Highlanders improve to 9-4 and 5-1 in SLIAC play.  They return to action Saturday at Greenville at 3:00 p.m.
